L’Agenzia delle Entrate ha pubblicato le Note territoriali sull’andamento del mercato immobiliare relative al secondo trimestre del 2016.

Per il settore residenziale c’è stato un incremento del 22,9% rapportato al II trimestre 2015. Si tratta del nuovo massimo storico degli incrementi dal 2004. Questo notevole incremento, osservato anche nel I trimestre 2016 (+20,6%), sta riportando il mercato ai livelli di compravendita antecedenti la seconda e pesante crisi del 2012.

In tabella riportiamo le statistiche in ambito residenziale e non, relative a:

• il numero di transazioni normalizzate (NTN): transazioni ponderate rispetto all’effettiva quota di proprietà oggetto di compravendita
• la variazione percentuale (Var %) rapportata allo stesso trimestre dell’anno precedente
